Mary is planning to move in with her elderly mother, and requested both a full bath and a powder room for when her family visits. The dining room extends into the bedroom area in order to accommodate frequent meals with their extended family.
Mary’s property is a tight lot on a corner. The roof extends over the side ramp, which leads from the rear driveway to the front porch entry. This project broke ground in December of 2007 and was dedicated in April of 2008.
