JOHN HENRY BECK PARK After Hurricane Katrina, Hands-On Gulf Coast helped East Biloxi seize the opportunity to expand and improve John Henry Beck Park. They were instrumental in making this a place for the community to gather, spearheading projects throughout the site. GCCDS worked closely with Hands-On to develop and construct several architectural projects in the park as well. |
